Band Concert Grade 6 Students...

Winter Band Concert

Silver collection at the door – Proceeds go to the Saskatoon Food Bank

Dear Grade 6 Families,

I cut and pasted an email from Mr. Appleton about the December concert:

Hello Parents,

You will find our concert poster attached. Just a couple of reminders about our concerts:

- We have performances at 1:00 and 7:00pm and it is important students attend both performances. I really try to instill a sense of teamwork with students and they are expected to support each other in our performances.

- Students are asked to wear their Lakeridge band shirt, black pants and black shoes/socks.

- There will be silver collection at the door, proceeds going to the Saskatoon Food Bank.

Some informational items for November! Wow--Time is flying by!!

Just to clarify for students and families, we will not have a spelling and vocabulary list this short school week so there will be no spelling test for Monday, November 17th.

I've included a couple pictures from today to give a very quick update on what students are working on.
